For keeping up the quality we have to change our rules. We have decided that from now on only users of the group "Publishers" be able to post Article.

And If You Also Want to Be Publisher Contact Admin.

Note: A publisher should follow every rules.



Following 3 rules are very very important for the Publishers.
1) All files should be uploaded by you.
2)Uploaded file should not contain any link or any text linking to any other site..(We will randomly download your files and check)
3) If the file is password protected . the password should also be given with the download links.
4) File should not contain any virus/trojans/ spy-ware etcc..

Once you broke any of the above 4 important rules then you will be demoted and will never be promoted to Publisher in the future!!.
